



Lynn Driggers is an ACE certified personal trainer. Her healthy and wellness career began eight years ago and she has since coached many individuals in gyms and home settings. In order to expand her services she now offers coaching online. She has been practicing yoga for 12 years and teaching yoga classes since 2003. Lynn has completed an intensive teacher's training program certifying her as a Kundalini yoga instructor. She is also certified to teach Pilates and has been teaching classes for 5 years.
Lynn's main objective as a coach and teacher is to help her clients reach fitness and lifestyle goals. Lynn is on her own journey toward uncovering her full potential. In 1997 she set the goal of running a 5k race. This goal led to may others; 10k races, 1/2 marathons, marathons, triathlons (including an Ironman in April 2008) and adventure races. Her steady yoga practice throughout these years has helped her remain flexible and injury free as well as improve her sense of peace and well being.
